A retail company has a current position open for a Remote Workforce Planning Coordinator.
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Managing call volume and scheduling
- Managing all off-phone activities within a site
- Assisting in determining appropriate staffing and adjustments
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- 6+ months working in a high volume call center environment
- 6+ months experience with CMS supervisor tool kit usage and application
- High School diploma or GED required
- Must be able to perform as a team member in a multi-site enterprise environment
