Job Summary
A financial services company has a current position open for a Remote Workforce Planning Coordinator in Charlotte.
Core Responsibilities Include:
- Planning, organizing and scheduling branch teammates utilizing the workforce management software to align our teammates with the company culture
- Supporting daily branch operations by creating schedules based upon the set timeline, provide emergency staffing, approve/deny vacation and edit schedules as needed
- Training and educating teammates on the workings of the model, forecast adherence, schedule effectiveness, adhering to what is scheduled with little deviation and properly requesting time-off accurately and timely
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- College Degree or equivalent education, training and work-related experience
- Demonstrated proficiency in basic computer applications including Windows 10 and Microsoft Office
- Experience in Workforce Management, Employee Scheduling, or Retail Branch Banking Preferred
- Ability to establish strong relationships with field teammates, business partners and vendors
- Ability to optimize evolving the teammate's career path by integrating their learning classes without negatively impacting the branches' staffing needs or the external client's experience
- Ability to analyze data to identify branches below KPI guidelines and partner with field teammates, business partners and/or vendor partners
