Job Summary
A man resource consultant is in need of a Remote Workforce Planning Professional Manager.
Must be able to:
- Manage projects with multiple work streams and stakeholders
- Lead and facilitate client meetings and sessions as necessary
- Manages relationships with clients and client leadership teams
Position Requirements Include:
- Bachelor’s Degree
- 6 or more years of experience in and an understanding of the Federal landscape
- 3 or more years of experience in leading Workforce Planning projects
- Demonstrated knowledge of HR functions and processes
- Experience leading current/future state road mapping, requirements gathering workshops, etc
- US Citizenship
