Job Summary

A not-for-profit healthcare system is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote Workforce Scheduling Coordinator.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

  • Monitoring, analyzing and adjusting, on a real-time basis, staffing of inbound call queues
  • Evaluating staff shrinkage to determine impact to maintaining operational goals
  • Creating reports and analyzing performance results from previous days

Required Skills:

  • High school (G.E.D.)
  • Minimum of three (3) years experience in a contact center environment
  • Three to five years of experience with Excel and spreadsheet development for reporting, including pivot table and formula creation
  • Two or more years PC experience with proficiency in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint and Microsoft Outlook applications
  • Strong organizational, time management, oral and written communication skills
