Job Summary

A healthcare company has an open position for a Remote Workforce Solutions Market Manager.

Core Responsibilities Include:

  • Managing Key Customer Relationships and meet or exceed sales revenue targets
  • Possessing exceptional client management abilities with a proven track record of maintaining and growing a large client base
  • Retaining and growing existing customer base within assigned territory

Required Skills:

  • Travel: 30% anticipated travel
  • A minimum of 3 years in sales and/or client management supporting a multi-state territory with C-suite engagement
  • 3 years of experience in healthcare workforce supplemental staffing experience
  • Knowledge of and practical experience with vendor management services (VMS) and/or Managed Service Providers (MSP)
  • Strong interpersonal, negotiations, and presentation skills
  • Solid knowledge of all MS Office Products. Intermediate to Advanced PowerPoint Skills and must be able to present concise and well organized reports using Excel
