An IT solutions and professional services provider has an open position for a Remote Workload and Oversight Manager.
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Directing workload team to increase case scheduling and maximize efficiency with item assignment
- Controlling distribution of work to sub-contractors
- Managing Oversight teams, which include running pilots, deploying resources where needed
Qualifications for this position include:
- Direct OPM experience
- 5 years min of management experience
- 5 years of Operations or quality review experience
- OPM cleared
- Experience with policy compliance and workload assignment
