Job Summary
A financial technology company is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote Workplace Accommodations Employee Relations Business Partner.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Mitigating risk through best practice strategies and by providing coaching and feedback
- Investigating highly sensitive employee relations issues
Skills and Requirements Include:
- At least 5 years of employee relations or HR business partner experience
- Ability to influence and impact multiple levels within an organization to drive holistic ER strategies
- Knowledge of HR practices, including understanding of State and Federal employment laws
