Job Summary
A compliance solutions provider is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote Workplace Safety Regional Field Sales Manager in the Western Region.
Core Responsibilities Include:
- Leading, developing and coaching team
- Delivering results in line with the following key metrics/accountabilities
- Creating and implementing annual field sales territory plan
Required Skills:
- Travel requirements: 50% via airplane and automobile
- Valid Driver's License
- Bachelor's Degree in business related field
- 15+ years of business experience
- 10+ years of field sales experience selling workplace safety, environmental, and/or human resources solutions.
- 5+ years experience managing field sales executives in remote office environments
- Demonstrated experience in a field sales program start-up, or new service launches
