Job Summary
A human resources consulting firm is seeking a Remote Workplace Support Program Bilingual Spanish Clinical Counselor.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Manage communication with employer, employee and provider/TX
- Provide troubled employee consultations
- Provide and coordinate Critical Incident Stress Management Consultations
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- Master's Degree in Counseling Psychology, Social Work, or another counseling field
- Independent Clinical Licensure required
- 2 years clinical experience
- Ability to multi-task and provide clinical behavioral health services
- Excellent risk assessment skills
- Experience working with substance-related & addictive disorders
