Job Summary
A casualty and property insurance company is filling a position for a Remote Worksite Group Insurance Process Owner.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Create an inventory of all process activities in the Business Unit using our standard framework and tools
- Proactively collaborate with key stakeholders in Quality, Training, and IT to ensure connectivity and integration of process improvements
- Identify, quantify and prioritize potential process failures (FMEA) and then develop and implement an action plan to mitigate risks
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- Demonstrated experience in business analytics
- Green Belt certification, in training or equivalent project experience
- Bachelor's degree and at least 5 years of experience in the finance industry
- Can articulate experience leading or participating in 5+ continuous improvement initiatives with at least 3 years of experience
- Ability to simply and clearly convey and communicate complex concepts
- Competent at Excel, PowerPoint, Visio (or other similar software)
