An education programs software company is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote World History and US History Curriculum Writer and Instructional Designer.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Craft engaging and relevant lessons using backwards design
- Collaborate with other instructional designers and content writers
Skills and Requirements Include:
- Experience teaching or developing curriculum in the subject area
- Extensive understanding of and experience with the interdependent relationship between curriculum, instructional design, standards, and assessment
- Ability to clearly explain difficult concepts, written at a 7th– to 8th–grade reading level
- Ability to iterate and improve content based on feedback and data
