Remote Xero Accountant

Job Summary

An accounting company has a current position open for a Remote Xero Accountant.

Core Responsibilities of this position include:

• Preparing client bookkeeping from end-to-end, proactively requesting additional information as needed
• Completing financial statements each month or quarter within agreed-upon time frame of month-end
• Processing payroll using a web-based payroll platform, providing ancillary payroll support to clients as needed

Required Skills:

• A mastery of Xero’s automation functions, including bank rules, cash coding, and reporting templates
• 2+ years experience championing Xero with clients
• 2+ years handling migrations from different accounting platforms
• 2+ years experience providing Xero third-party integration support
• 3+ years of cloud-based bookkeeping experience
• Exceptional written and oral communication skills
