Job Summary
A luxury travel company has a current position open for a Remote Yacht Sales Consultant.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Negotiate, handle objections, and identify additional business opportunities
- Provide emergency support while clients are travelling in destinations
- Ensure all clients return home having had a trip which exceeds their expectation
Qualifications for this position include:
- Minimum 3 years experience in the luxury market
- Ideal candidates have previously worked on a yacht or in the yacht industry as a yacht broker, central agent, or yacht service provider
- Sound yachting knowledge of the Caribbean and/or Mediterranean
- Experience in building FIT packages servicing high-touch clientele
- Experience in the yacht industry including yacht destination knowledge, yacht terminology, contracting or servicing yachts is required
- Experience with consultative sales approach
