Job Summary
A non-profit organization is in need of a Remote Youth Program Manager.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Partnering closely with leadership and staff to align its programs and geographic focus with programs and activities
- Identifying and developing partnership opportunities in the bicycling and non-profit fields
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- At least three years of experience with youth program development and/or in a youth focused or related organization
- Aptitude for working with and relating to racially and socioeconomically diverse populations
- Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively and productively with multiple internal and external stakeholders
- Outstanding communication skills, both oral and written
- Strong project management skills
