Job Summary

A streaming technology company needs applicants for an opening for a Telecommute YouTube Talent VP in Los Angeles.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute comany’s strategy for YouTube creators
  • Assist strategic head in day-to-day operations of YouTube efforts
  • Scout and sign YouTube talent in the gaming category

Skills and Requirements Include:

  • At least 6 years of experience in YouTube/Digital Media businesses
  • At least 3 years of experience directly working with YouTube talent (MCN, agency, or management company exclusively)
  • Demosntrated strong understanding of the gaming industry and content creation
  • Proven ability to build and grow relationships with talent (references included)
  • Ability to create process and procedure for scale enablement
  • Ability to build relationships with talent, management firms, and agencies around company's services for creators
