REMS Business Analyst

Job Summary

Serving as a critical liaison between business stakeholders, sponsors, and IT teams, the full-time REMS Business Analyst will gather and analyze client requirements to ensure the successful delivery of Risk Evaluation and Mitigation Strategy (REMS) programs and technology solutions in a remote capacity.

Key Responsibilities

• Partner with clients and internal stakeholders to gather, document, and validate business requirements for REMS programs and technology solutions
• Coordinate multiple concurrent projects, collaborating with project managers, developers, and compliance teams to ensure timely delivery of project milestones
• Serve as the primary point of contact between business teams and IT, facilitating effective communication and project execution

Required Qualifications

• Experience gathering and documenting business requirements and translating them into technical requirements
• Strong project coordination and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
• Ability to effectively interact with clients, IT teams, and cross-functional business partners
• Knowledge of regulatory and compliance requirements within the healthcare or pharmaceutical industry
• Experience working in REMS, pharmaceutical, healthcare, or life sciences environments is preferred
