Renewable Energy Attorney

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Renewable Energy Project & Commercial Contracts Attorney (Remote).

Key Responsibilities:

• Draft, review, and negotiate commercial agreements related to renewable energy transactions
• Support project development activities and assist with project structuring and transactional matters
• Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders to advance projects efficiently

Required Qualifications:

• 5+ years of litigation experience in a law firm and/or in-house role
• Strong experience in drafting and negotiating commercial agreements (PPAs, EPCs, O&Ms, or similar)
• Active bar membership in at least one U.S. jurisdiction
• J.D. from an accredited law school
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment and manage a variable workload
