A company is looking for a Renewable Energy Finance Specialist.

Key Responsibilities:

Source renewable energy investment opportunities in Asia
Lead discussions with project developers to shortlist project pipeline
Develop and analyze financial models, lead commercial diligence on shortlisted deals

Required Qualifications:

Strong experience arranging, negotiating, and closing renewable energy equity investments and financing transactions
Experience building and reviewing financial models, and performing due diligence, valuation, and reporting
Knowledge of financial accounting
Working relationships with renewable energy financiers and developers across diverse geographies in Asia, including India
Deep understanding of global renewable energy markets and policies
