Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director, Business Development & Capital Markets - Renewables Advisory.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead origination efforts for tax equity, transferable tax credits, M&A, and other advisory mandates
• Build and manage a pipeline of qualified partners and clients across the renewables ecosystem
• Oversee deal processes, collaborating with various teams to support transaction structuring and closing

Required Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in business development, capital markets, project finance, or tax equity in the renewables sector
• Working knowledge of tax credit structures under the Inflation Reduction Act
• Proven track record of sourcing and closing complex transactions
• Fluency in financial modeling and investment analysis related to renewable energy projects
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment
