Renewables Origination Analyst

Job Summary

To support a growing renewable energy venture, the full-time Renewables Origination Analyst will manage RFP responses, assess new market opportunities, and develop pricing strategies while working remotely.

Key responsibilities:

• Take ownership of developing and qualifying new commercial opportunities, including greenfield and M&A projects
• Act as the key stakeholder for all RFP responses and power marketing opportunities
• Lead the preparation of proposals, including project valuation and pricing assessments

Required qualifications:

• 1-3+ years of experience in power marketing, origination, M&A, or renewables business development
• Hands-on experience with the PPA, RFI, and RFQ processes for renewable energy projects
• Quantitative project valuation and pricing experience, including exposure to bilateral deals
• Experience with utility-scale renewable energy off-take and build transfer deals
• Understanding of national energy power markets such as PJM, ERCOT, and CAISO is beneficial
