Job Summary
A company is looking for a Renewal Account Executive to manage and achieve renewal targets for commercial and mid-market accounts.
Key Responsibilities
- Own 150+ renewals per quarter from end-to-end
- Exceed sales targets and work cross-functionally to ensure successful renewals
- Identify and contribute to improvements in team functions and foster a motivating team environment
Required Qualifications
- 2+ years of full cycle closing sales experience, preferably with mid-sized businesses
- Proven track record of consistent quota over-achievement
- Ability to thrive in a rapidly changing, high-growth environment
- Strong organizational skills and empathy for customers and team members
- Familiarity with Salesforce is preferred
