Job Summary

A company is looking for a Renewal Account Executive to drive client retention and contribute to annual revenue goals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with Enterprise Account Executives to manage and grow a portfolio of accounts
  • Present and close renewal opportunities with existing clients through virtual or phone interactions
  • Utilize Salesforce to document sales activities, maintain customer records, and manage forecasting
Required Qualifications
  • Direct sales experience interacting with clients
  • Knowledge of the Shipping or Mailing domain and carrier solutions
  • Experience selling SaaS solutions, preferably in eCommerce or shipping domains
  • Proven track record in client retention and closing business virtually
  • Proficiency in Customer Relationship Management (CRM) tools
