Job Summary
A company is looking for a Renewal Account Executive to drive client retention and contribute to annual revenue goals.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with Enterprise Account Executives to manage and grow a portfolio of accounts
- Present and close renewal opportunities with existing clients through virtual or phone interactions
- Utilize Salesforce to document sales activities, maintain customer records, and manage forecasting
Required Qualifications
- Direct sales experience interacting with clients
- Knowledge of the Shipping or Mailing domain and carrier solutions
- Experience selling SaaS solutions, preferably in eCommerce or shipping domains
- Proven track record in client retention and closing business virtually
- Proficiency in Customer Relationship Management (CRM) tools
