Job Summary

A company is looking for a Renewal Account Executive (Remote in US).

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage, upgrade, and grow a portfolio of small and mid-sized business accounts through proactive outbound calling
  • Generate quotes, close renewal opportunities, and process order information to retain core revenue
  • Document sales activities, maintain accurate customer records, and manage forecasting using Salesforce
Required Qualifications
  • Direct experience in a sales capacity with clients
  • Knowledge of the Shipping or Mailing domain, including carrier solutions
  • Strong experience selling SaaS solutions, particularly in eCommerce or shipping
  • Demonstrated success in client retention and closing business virtually
  • Proficient with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) tools
