Job Summary
Managing a portfolio of small and mid-sized business accounts, the full-time Renewal Account Executive will focus on client retention and revenue growth through proactive outreach and virtual presentations, working remotely within the EST and CST time zones.
Key responsibilities
- Manage and grow client accounts through 40-60 daily outbound calls, generating quotes and closing renewal opportunities
- Address client objections and effectively communicate the benefits of Pitney Bowes' solutions to retain core revenue
- Maintain accurate customer records and manage sales activities using Salesforce
Required qualifications
- Direct experience in a sales capacity, particularly in Inside Sales
- Knowledge of the Shipping or Mailing domain, with a focus on SaaS solutions
- Demonstrated success in client retention and closing business in virtual environments
- Proficient with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) tools
- Ability to initiate a high volume of outbound sales calls effectively
