Job Summary

Managing a portfolio of small and mid-sized business accounts, the full-time Renewal Account Executive will focus on client retention and revenue growth through proactive outreach and virtual presentations, working remotely within the EST and CST time zones.

Key responsibilities
  • Manage and grow client accounts through 40-60 daily outbound calls, generating quotes and closing renewal opportunities
  • Address client objections and effectively communicate the benefits of Pitney Bowes' solutions to retain core revenue
  • Maintain accurate customer records and manage sales activities using Salesforce
Required qualifications
  • Direct experience in a sales capacity, particularly in Inside Sales
  • Knowledge of the Shipping or Mailing domain, with a focus on SaaS solutions
  • Demonstrated success in client retention and closing business in virtual environments
  • Proficient with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) tools
  • Ability to initiate a high volume of outbound sales calls effectively
