Job Summary
Managing a portfolio of small and mid-sized business accounts, the full-time remote Renewal Account Executive will focus on client retention through proactive outreach, generating quotes, and closing renewal opportunities while utilizing Salesforce for sales activities.
Key responsibilities
- Manage and grow a portfolio of accounts through 40-60 daily outbound calls
- Generate quotes and process orders to retain core revenue while addressing client objections
- Document sales activities and manage forecasting using Salesforce
Required qualifications
- Direct experience in a sales capacity, particularly in Inside Sales
- Knowledge of the Shipping or Mailing domain, including carrier solutions
- Strong experience selling SaaS solutions, ideally in eCommerce or shipping
- Demonstrated success in client retention and closing business virtually
- Proficient with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) tools
