Job Summary

Managing a portfolio of small and mid-sized business accounts, the full-time remote Renewal Account Executive will focus on client retention through proactive outreach, generating quotes, and closing renewal opportunities while utilizing Salesforce for sales activities.

Key responsibilities
  • Manage and grow a portfolio of accounts through 40-60 daily outbound calls
  • Generate quotes and process orders to retain core revenue while addressing client objections
  • Document sales activities and manage forecasting using Salesforce
Required qualifications
  • Direct experience in a sales capacity, particularly in Inside Sales
  • Knowledge of the Shipping or Mailing domain, including carrier solutions
  • Strong experience selling SaaS solutions, ideally in eCommerce or shipping
  • Demonstrated success in client retention and closing business virtually
  • Proficient with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) tools
