Job Summary

Driving client retention, the full-time Renewal Account Executive will manage a portfolio of small and mid-sized business accounts through proactive outreach and virtual presentations, while working remotely in the EST and CST time zones.

Key responsibilities
  • Manage, upgrade, and grow a portfolio of accounts through 40-60 daily outbound calls
  • Generate quotes and close renewal opportunities while addressing client objections
  • Document sales activities and maintain customer records using Salesforce
Required qualifications
  • Direct sales experience with a focus on client interaction
  • Knowledge of the Shipping or Mailing domain, particularly in SaaS solutions
  • Demonstrated success in client retention and closing business virtually
  • Experience with CRM tools and managing sales activities
  • Ability to initiate a high volume of outbound sales calls effectively
