Job Summary
Driving client retention, the full-time Renewal Account Executive will manage a portfolio of small and mid-sized business accounts through proactive outreach and virtual presentations, while working remotely in the EST and CST time zones.
Key responsibilities
- Manage, upgrade, and grow a portfolio of accounts through 40-60 daily outbound calls
- Generate quotes and close renewal opportunities while addressing client objections
- Document sales activities and maintain customer records using Salesforce
Required qualifications
- Direct sales experience with a focus on client interaction
- Knowledge of the Shipping or Mailing domain, particularly in SaaS solutions
- Demonstrated success in client retention and closing business virtually
- Experience with CRM tools and managing sales activities
- Ability to initiate a high volume of outbound sales calls effectively
