Job Summary
A company is looking for a Renewal Account Manager to ensure customer satisfaction and secure subscriptions.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive qualification, quoting, and Salesforce processes to close renewals
- Forecast accurately and meet or exceed customer renewal revenue quotas
- Establish and maintain strong business relationships at the executive level
Required Qualifications
- BA/BS or equivalent experience preferred
- 4+ years of successful account management, business development, or renewal sales experience
- Experience selling to IT departments and management is preferred
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Excel
- Ability to effectively use Salesforce.com and other online tools
