Job Summary

A company is looking for a Renewal Account Manager to ensure customer satisfaction and secure subscriptions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Drive qualification, quoting, and Salesforce processes to close renewals
  • Forecast accurately and meet or exceed customer renewal revenue quotas
  • Establish and maintain strong business relationships at the executive level
Required Qualifications
  • BA/BS or equivalent experience preferred
  • 4+ years of successful account management, business development, or renewal sales experience
  • Experience selling to IT departments and management is preferred
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Excel
  • Ability to effectively use Salesforce.com and other online tools
