Renewal Account Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Renewal Account Manager to assist clients with license renewals and identify upsell opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

• Contact clients about their renewal plans
• Coordinate renewal tasks with internal teams, including Account Management, Finance, and Legal
• Collect and prepare data related to customer's existing contracts and product usage

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred but not required
• Applicable experience in a similar renewals-based role
• CRM experience
• Experience with Microsoft Office
