Job Summary

A company is looking for a Renewal Account Manager responsible for contract renewals and negotiations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare and analyze financial reports and contractual documents for renewal meetings
  • Engage with clients to align contract renewals with their goals and business objectives
  • Negotiate contract terms and pricing to maintain and increase revenue
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or related field, or equivalent experience
  • 4+ years of experience in contract negotiation
  • 4+ years in contact center or service delivery
  • Experience with SAAS billing models
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
