Job Summary

A company is looking for a Renewal Account Manager to manage customer renewals and ensure predictable recurring revenue outcomes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Engage with customers to renew subscriptions and lead contract negotiations
  • Maintain accurate renewal data and proactively identify renewal risks
  • Drive renewals to close within committed timeframes and assist in cross-sell/upsell opportunities
Required Qualifications
  • 2+ years of experience in Renewal Account Management or a related role
  • Proven ability to manage multiple renewals concurrently
  • Experience forecasting renewal outcomes and identifying risks early
  • Strong cross-functional collaboration skills with Sales, Customer Success, Finance, and Legal
  • Experience using CRM and quoting tools, including Salesforce and CPQ tools
