Job Summary

To support partner business retention, the full-time remote Renewal Account Manager will manage the renewal negotiation cycle, safeguard and expand revenue through pricing strategies, and collaborate with various stakeholders to achieve performance objectives.

Key responsibilities
  • Engage with partners and customers to understand renewal goals and align them with business objectives
  • Negotiate renewal contracts, including terms and pricing, to protect recurring revenue
  • Prepare and analyze financial and contract data to support renewal planning and decision-making
Required qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field, or equivalent work experience
  • 4+ years of experience in SaaS contract negotiation
  • Experience with various SaaS billing models (subscription, usage-based, hybrid)
  • Proficiency in Salesforce or similar CRM platforms
  • Ability to communicate effectively with senior customer stakeholders, including CEOs and CFOs
