Job Summary
A company is looking for a Renewal Coordinator.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead contract renewals for EMS/WeTip customers, managing the full renewal process
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with existing customers, serving as their main point of contact
- Ensure customer satisfaction by proactively engaging with clients and addressing concerns effectively
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of Account Management / Customer Success or relevant client-facing experience
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment
- Natural curiosity with a continuous improvement mentality
- Proven obsession with customer satisfaction
- Highly proficient in MS Office, Google Sheets, and CRM; Salesforce preferred
