Job Summary

A company is looking for a Renewal Coordinator.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead contract renewals for EMS/WeTip customers, managing the full renewal process
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with existing customers, serving as their main point of contact
  • Ensure customer satisfaction by proactively engaging with clients and addressing concerns effectively
Required Qualifications
  • 3+ years of Account Management / Customer Success or relevant client-facing experience
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment
  • Natural curiosity with a continuous improvement mentality
  • Proven obsession with customer satisfaction
  • Highly proficient in MS Office, Google Sheets, and CRM; Salesforce preferred
