Renewal Coordinator

Job Summary

Owning and executing a high volume of renewal contracts, the remote Renewal Coordinator will manage 700-800+ renewals in an assigned territory, collaborating with internal stakeholders to minimize financial attrition and enhance customer partnerships.

Key responsibilities

• Engage with customers to secure and process renewals on time
• Maintain an accurate rolling forecast and communicate renewal risks to internal resources
• Execute negotiation strategies that maximize contract value while maintaining customer trust

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or higher
• Fluency in written and spoken Japanese
• Intermediate proficiency in English for internal sales tools
• Experience in driving contracts to completion on time
• Ability to manage large volumes of concurrent customer relationships
