Job Summary
A company is looking for a Renewal & Expansion Manager.
Key Responsibilities
- Own the full customer lifecycle post-sale, including onboarding, account development, renewal strategy, and expansion planning
- Manage the end-to-end renewal process, including risk identification, value reinforcement, and timely execution
- Identify and drive upsell and expansion opportunities while ensuring customer satisfaction and product adoption
Required Qualifications
- 4+ years of experience in Customer Success, Account Management, or a related client-facing role
- Proven success in managing renewals and customer retention in a SaaS environment
- Experience managing a diverse portfolio of customers
- Comfort in leading executive-level conversations around value and renewals
- Hands-on experience with CRM tools, preferably HubSpot
