Job Summary

A company is looking for a Renewal & Expansion Manager.

Key Responsibilities
  • Own the full customer lifecycle post-sale, including onboarding, account development, renewal strategy, and expansion planning
  • Manage the end-to-end renewal process, including risk identification, value reinforcement, and timely execution
  • Identify and drive upsell and expansion opportunities while ensuring customer satisfaction and product adoption


Required Qualifications
  • 4+ years of experience in Customer Success, Account Management, or a related client-facing role
  • Proven success in managing renewals and customer retention in a SaaS environment
  • Experience managing a diverse portfolio of customers
  • Comfort in leading executive-level conversations around value and renewals
  • Hands-on experience with CRM tools, preferably HubSpot
