Job Summary

A company is looking for a Renewal Inside Sales Executive for Government Accounts (Remote in US).

Key Responsibilities
  • Generate, upgrade, and manage the portfolio of existing government business through outbound calling
  • Adapt selling techniques to close sales with existing government clients and resolve issues related to lease agreements
  • Partner with internal teams to address client escalations and improve overall client experience
Required Qualifications
  • Minimum of 1 year experience in outbound client calls and sales
  • Experience with Government, NGO, or Non-Profit accounts preferred
  • Proficiency in Customer Relationship Management (CRM) tools, such as Salesforce
  • Ability to effectively overcome objections and follow up on sales opportunities
  • Experience in a remote work environment with a secure and distraction-free workspace
