Job Summary
A company is looking for a Renewal Manager to oversee the renewal process for a defined segment of customers.
Key Responsibilities
- Own the end-to-end renewal process for customers under $10K ARR, ensuring timely contract execution and high renewal rates
- Proactively manage customer communications regarding renewals and address any concerns or blockers
- Identify upsell opportunities during renewal discussions and manage escalations efficiently
Required Qualifications
- Demonstrated track record of owning measurable outcomes in retention, renewals, or revenue targets
- Experience in Customer Success, Revenue Operations, or a customer-facing operational role in a SaaS environment
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple renewal timelines
- Experience working with CRM systems and understanding contract/order form processes
- Process-oriented and proactive approach to improving systems and workflows
