Job Summary

A company is looking for a Renewal Manager to play a crucial role in customer retention and expansion strategies.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the quote-to-close process for renewals 120 to 90 days prior to the renewal due date
  • Achieve or exceed quarterly revenue goals related to retention and growth of existing customer contracts
  • Collaborate with Customer Success to assess customer health and drive appropriate renewal solutions
Required Qualifications
  • 2-5 years of related cybersecurity and renewals experience
  • Experience in SaaS revenue organization, such as Sales, CSM, or renewals team
  • Proven track record of achieving renewal quotas in previous roles
  • Deep understanding of SaaS offerings and pricing models
  • Familiarity with systems like Salesforce, CPQ, IronClad, and ChurnZero
