Job Summary

Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in customer renewals management or account management within the tech industry
- Proficiency in CRM tools such as Clari, Salesforce, and Vitally
- Analytical mindset with experience in data analysis for informing renewal strategies
- Experience in contract management and working with procurement and legal teams is a plus
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced startup environment
