Job Summary
A company is looking for a Renewal Manager responsible for customer retention through the renewal process.
Key Responsibilities
- Maximize revenue retention by collaborating with Sales and Customer Success
- Manage relationships with channel partners and end users to close renewal opportunities
- Oversee the renewal lifecycle management, including administrative tasks and forecasting
Required Qualifications
- 2-3 years of relevant experience in a similar role or related function
- Working knowledge of renewals, renewal programs, and strategies for revenue growth
- Strong numerical skills
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Experience with Salesforce or other CRM systems preferred
