Job Summary

A company is looking for a Renewal Manager responsible for customer retention through the renewal process.

Key Responsibilities
  • Maximize revenue retention by collaborating with Sales and Customer Success
  • Manage relationships with channel partners and end users to close renewal opportunities
  • Oversee the renewal lifecycle management, including administrative tasks and forecasting
Required Qualifications
  • 2-3 years of relevant experience in a similar role or related function
  • Working knowledge of renewals, renewal programs, and strategies for revenue growth
  • Strong numerical skills
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
  • Experience with Salesforce or other CRM systems preferred
