Job Summary
A company is looking for a Renewal Manager to build and own the renewal function.
Key Responsibilities
- Define, operationalize, and continuously improve the renewal process
- Protect and grow recurring revenue with a focus on Net Dollar Retention (NDR)
- Manage renewal pipelines, commercial negotiations, and ensure timely renewals
Required Qualifications
- Direct renewal management experience in a B2B SaaS or tech company
- Experience managing mid-market or enterprise renewal cycles
- Strong CRM discipline, ideally with Salesforce
- Proven ability to improve or create processes for scalability and efficiency
- Experience in cross-functional collaboration with various teams
