Job Summary

A company is looking for a Renewal Manager to build and own the renewal function.

Key Responsibilities
  • Define, operationalize, and continuously improve the renewal process
  • Protect and grow recurring revenue with a focus on Net Dollar Retention (NDR)
  • Manage renewal pipelines, commercial negotiations, and ensure timely renewals
Required Qualifications
  • Direct renewal management experience in a B2B SaaS or tech company
  • Experience managing mid-market or enterprise renewal cycles
  • Strong CRM discipline, ideally with Salesforce
  • Proven ability to improve or create processes for scalability and efficiency
  • Experience in cross-functional collaboration with various teams
