Job Summary

A company is looking for a Renewal Manager (Central) to support customer retention and expansion strategies.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the quote-to-close process for renewals 120 to 90 days prior to renewal due dates
  • Achieve quarterly revenue goals related to retention, growth, and term extensions of existing contracts
  • Collaborate with Customer Success to assess customer health and implement renewal strategies
Required Qualifications
  • 2-5 years of experience in cybersecurity and renewals
  • Proven track record of success in achieving renewal quotas
  • Understanding of SaaS offerings and pricing models
  • Experience in SaaS revenue organizations, such as Sales or Customer Success Management
  • Familiarity with systems like Salesforce, CPQ, and ChurnZero
