Job Summary
A company is looking for a Renewal Manager (Central) to support customer retention and expansion strategies.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the quote-to-close process for renewals 120 to 90 days prior to renewal due dates
- Achieve quarterly revenue goals related to retention, growth, and term extensions of existing contracts
- Collaborate with Customer Success to assess customer health and implement renewal strategies
Required Qualifications
- 2-5 years of experience in cybersecurity and renewals
- Proven track record of success in achieving renewal quotas
- Understanding of SaaS offerings and pricing models
- Experience in SaaS revenue organizations, such as Sales or Customer Success Management
- Familiarity with systems like Salesforce, CPQ, and ChurnZero
