Job Summary

A company is looking for a Renewal Manager to drive customer retention and growth for an assigned portfolio of customers in the Mid-Market segment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Execute all phases of the renewal process, including pricing proposals, negotiations, and contract creation
  • Identify customer requirements and execute renewal strategies to retain customers and increase ARR
  • Proactively analyze adoption and health metrics to identify churn risk and support upsell opportunities
Required Qualifications
  • 1-2 years of experience in a Sales, Operations, Customer Success, or Account Management role
  • Consistent achievement of retention and upsell targets
  • Experience building credibility and rapport with stakeholders at all levels
  • Business-focused mindset with strong commercial capabilities
  • Salesforce experience is strongly preferred
