Job Summary

A company is looking for a Renewal Manager responsible for managing customer renewals and collaborating with internal teams to enhance customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute negotiation strategies to maximize contract value while maintaining customer trust
  • Communicate directly with customers to resolve a high volume of renewals and inquiries promptly
  • Collaborate with internal teams to identify growth opportunities and contribute to scaling the Renewal team


Required Qualifications
  • Experience in Business Development Representative (BDR), Account Management, Renewals, or Customer Success in a B2B enterprise software environment
  • Proven experience with proactive outreach and multi-touch communication sequences
  • Strong process management and financial acumen
  • Ability to adapt to rapid shifts in priorities and organizational policies
  • 4-year college degree or equivalent experience
