Job Summary
A company is looking for a Renewal Manager (East) to support customer retention and expansion strategies.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the quote-to-close process for renewals and achieve quarterly revenue goals
- Collaborate with Customer Success to assess customer health and implement renewal strategies
- Maintain accurate forecasts of renewals and develop relationships with channel partners
Required Qualifications
- 2-5 years of experience in cybersecurity and renewals
- Proven track record of achieving renewal quotas in previous roles
- Deep understanding of SaaS offerings and pricing models
- Experience with Salesforce, CPQ, IronClad, and ChurnZero
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in an entrepreneurial environment
