Job Summary

A company is looking for a Renewal Manager (East) to support customer retention and expansion strategies.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the quote-to-close process for renewals and achieve quarterly revenue goals
  • Collaborate with Customer Success to assess customer health and implement renewal strategies
  • Maintain accurate forecasts of renewals and develop relationships with channel partners
Required Qualifications
  • 2-5 years of experience in cybersecurity and renewals
  • Proven track record of achieving renewal quotas in previous roles
  • Deep understanding of SaaS offerings and pricing models
  • Experience with Salesforce, CPQ, IronClad, and ChurnZero
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in an entrepreneurial environment
