Job Summary
Owning the end-to-end renewal experience for an assigned book of business, the full-time remote Renewal Manager will manage broker relationships, develop renewal strategies, and ensure timely completion of renewals while collaborating with cross-functional teams to enhance customer experience.
Key responsibilities
- Serve as the primary point of contact for brokers throughout the renewal lifecycle, conducting strategy discussions and providing guidance on renewal options
- Analyze competitive market information to develop effective renewal strategies and negotiate solutions to support customer retention
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues and ensure a seamless renewal experience while maintaining accurate records
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Communications, Healthcare Administration, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience
- 5+ years of experience in employee benefits, health insurance, account management, customer success, renewals, or underwriting support
- Strong understanding of employer-sponsored health insurance and the renewal lifecycle
- Exceptional organizational and project management skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
