Job Summary

Owning and executing a portfolio of renewal contracts, the full-time remote Renewal Manager will focus on minimizing financial attrition, enhancing contract value through strategic negotiations, and collaborating with internal teams to identify growth opportunities.

Key responsibilities
  • Implement win/win negotiation strategies for a high volume of renewals while enhancing contract value and customer trust
  • Maintain and update a rolling forecast of the assigned territory, communicating renewal risks and developing resolution strategies
  • Collaborate with internal resources to develop strategies for upcoming renewals and assess the health of each renewal using customer data
Required qualifications
  • Eligible to work in Egypt
  • 2+ years of experience in Renewal Management, Account Management, or Customer Success
  • Bachelor's degree
  • Fluent in written and spoken English
  • Strong negotiation skills with experience in driving contracts to completion
