Renewal Operations Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Renewal Operations Manager.

Key Responsibilities

• Assess and manage renewals opportunities and coordinate with the Deal Desk Team on pricing and contract renewals
• Provide continuous support to the Renewals Sales Team and assist with contract preparation
• Maintain Salesforce opportunity hygiene and ensure accuracy of initial invoices for customer delivery

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Business, Accounting, or Finance
• 1 to 3 years of experience in relevant areas
• Proficiency in Salesforce and ability to learn new systems quickly
• Experience with reporting and Business Intelligence tools such as Business Objects or Power BI
• Familiarity with Oracle ERP and Order Management processes
