Renewal Operations Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Renewal Operations Manager.

Key Responsibilities

• Assess renewals opportunities and prepare pricing and quotes for renewals
• Provide continuous support to the Renewals Sales Team and assist with contract preparation
• Maintain Salesforce opportunity hygiene and ensure accurate renewal order submissions

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Business, Accounting, or Finance
• 1 to 3 years of experience in relevant areas
• Proficiency in Salesforce and experience with reporting and Business Intelligence tools
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks
• Experience with Oracle ERP and order management systems
