Job Summary

A company is looking for a Renewal Sales Operations Analyst (Remote).

Key Responsibilities
  • Support the Field Sales Organization in driving Annual Recurring Revenue (ARR) retention through operational dashboards and data management
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to automate renewals forecasting and reporting capabilities
  • Analyze churn and contraction trends, providing insights to sales leadership for performance improvement


Required Qualifications
  • 6+ years of experience in enterprise sales and operations, revenue, or FP&A business analyst roles
  • Experience with Annual Recurring Revenue business model and reporting ARR metrics
  • Proficient in Business Intelligence, Data Analytics, and reporting tools such as Tableau and SQL
  • Strong understanding of sales processes, business acumen, and forecasting methodologies
  • Knowledge of Enterprise Sales Infrastructure, such as Salesforce CRM/CPQ
