Job Summary
A company is looking for a Renewal Sales Representative.
Key Responsibilities
- Partner cross-functionally with Sales, Legal, Deal Desk, and Finance as needed
- Lead initial renewal contract negotiations with customers and ensure timely completion of renewals
- Maintain CRM data integrity and manage a pipeline of renewal quotes and orders
Required Qualifications
- 1-2 years of experience in contract renewals, customer success, or inside sales
- Experience with Salesforce and Salesforce CPQ
- Strong time management skills and ability to prioritize competing deadlines
- Ability to understand technical and pricing concepts quickly
- Strong customer service mindset and effective collaboration across teams
