Job Summary

A company is looking for a Renewal Sales Representative.

Key Responsibilities
  • Partner cross-functionally with Sales, Legal, Deal Desk, and Finance as needed
  • Lead initial renewal contract negotiations with customers and ensure timely completion of renewals
  • Maintain CRM data integrity and manage a pipeline of renewal quotes and orders
Required Qualifications
  • 1-2 years of experience in contract renewals, customer success, or inside sales
  • Experience with Salesforce and Salesforce CPQ
  • Strong time management skills and ability to prioritize competing deadlines
  • Ability to understand technical and pricing concepts quickly
  • Strong customer service mindset and effective collaboration across teams
